These terms apply to this website and to the design services we provide. When you hire us, we will also send you a separate written project agreement, and that agreement governs the specifics of your project.
Storefront is a web design studio operated by Jackson Iwanczyk, Ooltewah, Tennessee 37363. Contact: (423) 299-5477.
Prices shown on this website are starting points, not fixed offers. Every project is quoted individually. A quote becomes binding only when we send it to you in writing and you accept it. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
You don't pay anything upfront. We build your site first and show it to you. Payment in full is due once you approve it and before it goes live at your domain. If you decide not to go ahead after seeing it, you owe nothing. Payments are processed through Stripe. Care Plan subscriptions bill yearly in advance until cancelled.
To deliver on time we need your content, photos, and feedback in a reasonable timeframe. Our stated turnaround times assume you respond within a couple of business days. If a project stalls waiting on materials from you for more than 30 days, we may pause it and reschedule it when you are ready.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote (typically two). A revision round means one consolidated set of changes. Additional rounds, or changes that meaningfully expand what was agreed, are quoted separately before we do the work.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: text, photos, logos, reviews, and any other material. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from material you supplied. Please do not send us content you do not have the rights to.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the finished website, including the design and content produced for you. We keep ownership of any underlying tools, code libraries, and general techniques we use across projects, and we may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Where your plan includes a domain, we register and manage it on your behalf, and you are the owner of that domain. If you leave, we will transfer it to you at your request. A domain is included only where stated, and premium or aftermarket domains are billed to you at cost. Hosting is provided through a third party, and while we do everything reasonable to keep your site online, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Care Plans cover hosting management, domain renewal where included, security, and the number of small content updates stated in your plan. "Small update" means a change such as hours, prices, text, or swapping a photo. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods.
We build fast, well-structured, search-friendly websites and follow current best practices. We cannot and do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, sales, or business results, because those depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines' own algorithms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the project or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may cancel a project at any time in writing. Deposits cover work already scheduled and performed and are non-refundable, and you remain responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date. If we cannot complete a project, we will refund any amount you have paid for work not yet done.
The sample sites shown in our Work section are concept designs for fictional businesses, created to demonstrate our design work. They do not represent real clients, and the business names, reviews, and details in them are invented for illustration.
We may update these terms, and the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
