This policy explains what information Storefront collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what we need to give you a quote and build your website, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote or contact us, which may include:

• Your name and business name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your current website address, if you have one
• Details about your business and the project you want
• Any photos, logos, reviews, or other materials you choose to send us

We do not collect payment card details on this website. If you hire us, payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information goes directly to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• Design, build, and launch your website
• Register and manage a domain name on your behalf, if your plan includes one
• Send you invoices and, if you have a Care Plan, recurring billing
• Contact you about your project or your website

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers we need to run our business, and only as far as necessary:

• Formspree, which delivers the contact form submissions on this site to our inbox
• Vercel, which hosts this website and the websites we build
• Stripe, which processes payments and subscriptions
• Domain registrars, when we register a domain on your behalf, which requires your contact details by ICANN rules

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Our hosting provider may keep basic, anonymous server logs for security and performance.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and keep our records straight. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Call or text us at (423) 299-5477 and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honour those requests.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
